I've been wearing the chain since I received it and I'm very happy with it. The link design is much more comfortable than the chain I had been wearing for the past few years, which was a 24k machine-made flat curb link.

I plan on being a repeat customer but it may be some months as the price of gold has risen so much in the last 3-4 years. I wish I had known about your business back when I started stacking at $1800/oz.

Sorry it took so long to reply, I've had a couple exams this week that I needed to focus on.

I have been wearing the Hok Sow chain for a few days now, and let me start by saying that I love it. The chain is stunning! The chain glows like nothing I've ever seen before. The craftsmanship of the chain is truly remarkable, and you can tell that it was made by an expert. The weaving and terminals are beautiful.

Shipping was super fast, faster than some domestic shipping times, which I thought was crazy. My interactions with you were always great experiences. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and they were always patiently and thoughtfully answered. Overall, my experience was amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

The chain has been amazing! I have some 18k gold that I compared it to and the color of 23k is superb! Here are the main points from the chain.

Pros:

It was a great call going for 24 inches instead of 22 because I can *just* fit the chain around my head. If I had gone with 22 inches I wouldn't be able to wear it! Thanks for that
The link design and color of the chain are marvelous. Under light, it glistens and looks awesome with my black and white shirts!

Cons:

The goldsmith put a tiny gold plate on one of the links that contains the "96.5%" marker on it, but that tiny plate was sticking out from the link when the chain arrived. I've bent it back in place but it still pokes me on my neck. (This isn't a huge inconvenience, just a minor issue.
Since the chain just barely goes around my head I'm worried about potentially stretching it out and breaking a link in the long term as I'm pulling it over my head. (Not sure if I should be worried though)

All in all, the chain is beautiful and I'm more than happy with it! Now that I've gotten this chain, I'm thinking of potentially getting earrings, a ring, and bracelet as well hahaha. I've definitely caught gold fever! I'll be trying to make a video about it soon and when the video is out I'll share the link with you so you can take a look.
